Are there any height or age restrictions?
No. Snowtubing is for everyone from babies to seniors.

If I don’t tube, do I still have to pay?
No. We charge for snowtubing – not for admission.

Do you have a heated facility?
Yes – with food and drink.

Do we bring our own tubes?
No. We supply the tubes.
Only PolarWave tubes are allowed on the tubing runs.

Is there snowboarding?
No. Snowtubing only.

Do you make your own snow?
Yes. As long as the weather is cold enough, we can keep the snowtubing runs covered with snow, with or without natural snow.

Do you offer birthday party packages?
Since our dining area is too small to accomodate both birthday parties and the general public, we cannot offer birthday party "packages". Birthday parties are considered to be groups and must meet the same minimum requirement of 20 people in order to receive a group discount.

  1. We cannot reserve tables in the dining area. Tables are offered on a first-come, first-serve basis only.
  2. With the exception of a store-bought birthday cake, no outside food or drink is allowed in any of our facilities.
  3. A 50% deposit is required for all group bookings. This includes birthday parties. This deposit will guarantee tubing space and tube availability upon your arrival.
  4. Group discounts are on snowtubing passes only. There is no discount offered on food.
Do you have discount packages?
Yes – we provide discount prices to groups of 20 people or more.
We do not provide discount prices to groups of less than 20 people.

Do you have restroom and changing room facilities?
Yes – we have a heated building with restrooms and changing rooms that was added in December 2001.
